1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Hover application ("the App"), a floating AI writing assistant for Android, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on compatible Android devices you own or control. You may not distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the App without our express written permission.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials associated with the App.
• You agree not to use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purposes.
• You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its underlying systems.
• You will not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or any services provided through it.
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOVER AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services, including Large Language Models and search providers. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Hover or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Subscription Terms

If you choose to use premium features, you agree to pay the subscription fees as displayed in the App. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability. Upon termination, your right to use the App immediately ceases.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hover operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
